Bob Phillips

As CEO, Bob has spent 50 years in the commercial vehicle, long haul transportation industry building the company to become the global force it is today. From humble beginnings, Bob inherited the company in 1962 and since then has been working daily to make it the most innovative company possible while always retaining excellent customer service. Bob transitioned Phillips from a distributor supplier company to the largest manufacturer of its kind with sales in the hundreds of millions. In 2014 Bob was the recipient of the prestigious HDAW Hall of Fame Award, which is presented to those who have made significant and selfless contributions to the industry.


Rob Phillips

As President and COO of Phillips Industries, Rob has spent the past 23 years learning every aspect of Phillips, starting as an assembler on the manufacturing lines and followed by more than two decades in various positions, and ultimately, graduating to running the company in 2013. In the last ten years, Rob’s visionary leadership has transitioned the company from being a US only manufacturer into a global supplier of innovative products, strongly influencing the next generation of commercial vehicles throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.


Dave Phillips

As the Executive Vice President for Phillips, Dave’s 21-year career at Phillips Industries includes positions in sales and operations, focusing on building strong teams and developing the company’s LEAN production values and culture. Dave oversees production for factories in China, Mexico and Los Angeles. He has held many positions within Phillips, most recently Vice President of Business Development and General Manager of the Commercial Vehicle Products Division. When Dave is not working, he enjoys traveling with his wife Andrea and two daughters.


Rob Myers

As VP of Sales, Prior to joining the team at Phillips, Rob spent more than 20 years as an executive raising money for non-profit organizations. Most notably, he served as Executive Vice President of Development for City of Hope National Medical Center, a world leader in research and treatment of cancer and other serious diseases. Rob received his BA from Washington State University, where he was an All-American punter for the Cougars football team. Rob lives in Valencia with his wife Kyla and three children Kendall, Claire and Robbie.


David Diaz

As Marketing Director, all 22 years of David’s career have been dedicated to the ever-evolving world of advertising & marketing. After graduating from Northern Arizona University, he began his career as a Jr. Copywriter in Phoenix. From there, he moved on to build, nurture and sell the largest Hispanic advertising agency in Arizona. His exotic career path has steered him to direct documentaries and commercials, manage surf brands, oversee national marketing strategies and have a blast while doing so. On weekends, he can be found surfing, skateboarding and hanging with his beautiful wife and daughter.


Bill Ellis

As Managing Director of Phillips Connect Technologies, starting his career as an officer in the United States Navy and having served in Operation Desert Storm, Bill has spent 12 years in Global Investment Banking working for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. In 2006, Bill broke the mold and went on to entrepreneurial opportunities leading new venture start-ups, investing his own capital alongside private capital, in the areas of OEM construction equipment leasing and sales and intermodal transportation of heavy commodities. Bill is a devoted family man, preferring to spend his off-time on ski and travel adventures with his crew.
