Santa Fe Springs, CA (July 1, 2020) In a move to strengthen the leadership of Phillips-Europe, a strategic business unit of US-based Phillips Industries, Julita Mazurkiewicz has been appointed to the Management Board of Phillips-Europe.

Julita joined Phillips-Europe last year as commercial proxy and general counsel. Before this, she worked at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang law firm in Warsaw, Poland. She specialized in M&A and corporate restructuring. Her role at Phillips-Europe has been expanded in recognition of the impact she has exerted since joining the company.

“I am excited about the challenge of developing Phillips in Europe,” Mazurkiewicz said. “My key objective would be to repeat the success that Phillips has achieved in the US, or preferably, to outgrow it.”
