Phillips Industries Announces Key Personnel Promotions

Santa Fe Springs, CA (March 18, 2004) Phillips Industries has recently announced the promotion of Rob Phillips to the position of Director of Operations, overseeing both of the company's manufacturing facilities, in Texas and California. Mr. Phillips has been with the company for more than 10 years, most recently holding the position of General Manager, Commercial Vehicle Products (CVP) division. He has been instrumental in moving Phillips Industries to an advanced one-piece flow manufacturer, improving fill rates and on-time shipments to new levels of excellence. Phillips graduated from Northern Arizona University with an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Succeeding Mr. Phillips as Operations Manager, CVP Division is Mr. Pat Clift. Mr. Clift joined Phillips Industries in 2002 as Sales Manager for new products and key business opportunities. His experience in manufacturing, operations, procurement and customer relations will support the company's future growth plans.

Hank Schneider has joined Phillips Industries as their Midwest Sales Engineer. Mr. Schneider brings many years experience in trailer product sales to his new responsibilities with Phillips Industries. His career includes positions with Truck-lite, Tramec, Hoosier Tank and Sloan Products.
