Noyes, with over 23 years of operations and design engineering experience, came to Phillips from Cannon Equipment where he was responsible for operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, the warehouse and all production activities.
As General Manager of Commercial Vehicle Products, Noyes will be responsible for production, engineering, customer service, quality, procurement, shipping and receiving and inventory control. In making this announcement, Rob Phillips, V.P of Operations for Phillips Industries, stated “adding someone with Doug’s background and attitude to the Phillips operation will help us build on our reputation for excellent customer service.” Noyes commented that he “expects to take advantage of the dedicated people who work for Phillips to continuously improve and produce quality products that are delivered on time.”
