Recipients are selected based on their business accomplishments, industry and community involvement, and leadership qualities.
Under Sara’s corporate leadership, Phillips has seen significant advancements in efficiency, security, and seamless operations. Her initiatives encompass network support, ERP and CRM development and administration, compliance, cybersecurity, and robust business continuity plans.

Sara Wissmueller is a proud California resident. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University.
