Santa Fe Springs, CA (May 10, 2006) Phillips Industries is now offering truck operators their expanded line gladhand seals in economical 200-piece buckets. The new Gladhand Seal Buckets available at Phillips distributors each contain 200 industry standard seals of either black rubber; blue, red or black polyurethane; or a mix of the blue and red polyurethane seals. Fleets can choose the seals appropriate for their operation and have them on hand when replacement is required. The advantage for distributors is that the buckets can be placed near the register, reminding fleets of the importance of these often-overlooked safety items. Phillips Industries suggests that gladhand seals be inspected and replaced at a minimum of once a year.
