- Distributors:
- 1 stock return permitted per calendar year
- 4% of prior calendar year’s net purchases may be returned.
- Credit will be issued at current price at time of return, less 20% restocking fee.
- Returns are to be shipped Freight Prepaid
- Only current catalog items are eligible for return (no custom items).
- Only clean resalable products in unbroken packages will be credited.
- Phillips will reimburse via a credit.
- No product can be returned after being identified as Obsolete for 1 year.
- RMA number must be boldly visible on the shipping container.
- No returns will be accepted after November 30 of the current year.
- Products older than three years (as indicated by product date code) do not qualify for return.
