Our Company Policies

Return Policy elements:

  1. Distributors:
    • 1 stock return permitted per calendar year
    • 4% of prior calendar year’s net purchases may be returned.
    • Credit will be issued at current price at time of return, less 20% restocking fee.
    • Returns are to be shipped Freight Prepaid
    • Only current catalog items are eligible for return (no custom items).
    • Only clean resalable products in unbroken packages will be credited.
    • Phillips will reimburse via a credit.
    • No product can be returned after being identified as Obsolete for 1 year.
    • RMA number must be boldly visible on the shipping container.
    • No returns will be accepted after November 30 of the current year.
    • Products older than three years (as indicated by product date code) do not qualify for return.
  2. Platinum Partners:
    • 1 stock return per calendar year.
    • 5% of prior calendar year’s net purchases may be returned.
    • Credit will be issued at current price at time of return, less 10% restocking fee.
    • Returns are to be shipped Freight Prepaid
    • Only current catalog items are eligible (no custom items).
    • Only clean resalable products in unbroken packages will be credited.
    • No product can be returned after being identified as Obsolete for 1 year.
