With the quick-connect carabineer, worn out springs can now be changed in under 30 seconds. The 3-hose holder (Part no. 17-153) eliminates washers and nuts from the spring kit, is rated for over 80 lbs. of pull force at -20°F and is currently standard on the Phillips Tracker Bar Spring Kit (Part no. 17-148-25).
